CA (Dr.) Manish Borad is a distinguished Chartered Accountant and seasoned legal professional, currently serving as an Accountant Member (Judge) at the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Pune Bench. Over the course of histenure, he has also served with distinction at the Ahmedabad, Indore, and Kolkata Benches of the ITAT. Dr. Borad holds the prestigious rank of Additional Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice. His extensive experience and multifaceted expertise in finance, taxation, and law make him a highly respected figure in India’s CA Manish Borad judicial circles. and administrative Dr. Borad was appointed to the ITAT in April 2015, marking a significant milestone as the first individual from Jaipur and the third Chartered Accountant from Rajasthan to attain this position since the tribunal’s inception in 1941.
